If Floyd fights Oscar again, not even the Floyd huggers can deny that Mayweather is a fraud

I liked that interview. Floyd was talking truth. Boxing is number one, and that will never be under threat.

Floyd needs to shut the **** up. If he starts ranting on fighting Oscar again, his credibility will be ****ing ZERO.

He will nothing but a money grubber looking for a payday, with no interest in fighting a fight that actually matters.

I agree with you, but unfortunately only the true boxing fans know this. The casual boxing viewer will buy the PPV and they make up the majority of the PPV audience so they will make money. I really hope that fight never happens it will only hurt the sport.

Obviously tongue and cheek. He was basically saying even though Oscar got his ass beat and they Oscar is retired and he was retired, that they would still make millions based on the success of the sport despite what the naysayers say.

Funniest thing would be if he loses to Oscar if the fight ever happens.

he said some nice things about the sport, it's all crap, platitudes to make it look like he's being genuine. in the end it's just hollow non-sense.

I hope the boxing public at large will have the sense to say :nono

this is straight off the ESPN blog that our good friend Kieran Mulvaney is nice enough to post regarding what weight the FMJr-JMM fight will be at...

Mayweather and adviser Leonard Ellerbe repeatedly dodged the question.

"It's a welterweight fight," they said.

"That could be anything above 140. Is it 143?"

    "It's a welterweight fight."

    "So you can weigh 147?"

    "It's a welterweight fight."

No, I'm pretty sure he's actually calling Oscar out.

Pathetic. Shouldn't he at least be looking to fight the winner of Pac-Hatton?

Really enjoyed the interview and hopefully after he beats Marquez and the winner of Pac/Hatton, he gets down to business and fights the best WW's.
