Saying Berto keeps his unbeaten run and wins his title match, Floyd should fight him next.

Ah, NO....................Two days ago on Boxingtalk Berto talked about how Floyd pulled him to the side during an "after party" for his destruction of Ricky Hatton and it was a "love-fest", as Floyd complimented Andre and his fighting skills and of course Berto is in awe of Floy.

Their friends and will never fight...By the time Berto is built up to Floyd's level (money, PPV, etc.) Floyd will be LONG gone.

Bertos got a long way to go. By the time he becomes established enough, Floyd will have long retired.

    To Do List for Berto:
1.) Fight a fellow up and coming prospect
    2.) Challenge a former champion
3.) Challange a weak champion for belt
4.) fight a super-champion like PBF or Cotto

Berto has to continue building his resume before he even thinks about Floyd's name.

Floyd would land 5 and 6 punch combos on Berto. No way his people would ruin the youngster like that.

Berto needs to be trained by a Roger/Floyd sr. and with the recent hooking up with PBF that could be a big possibilty.

If Berto sorted out his defensive deficiencies, he would be an unstoppale force!

Berto has not been looking that good as he moves up the ladder. He could be the next Bojado, unless he learns some defense.

i'd like to see dat fight but.... i'd say it's another 2years before he'd be able to fight him.. n'd if mayweathers still fighting by then... i'm pretty sure he wont even be worth fighting... but it' would be a great match up though in my opinion

Berto will be great one day but he has a long way to go. He's like the Cotto of three years ago, ONLY better

floyd never knew who berto was till only 7 or 8 months ago, i remember interviews with floyd where they ask him what fight does he want to set up as a promoter and he replied "that kid audrey berto or what ever his name is, i want to see him fight a few guys from mayweather promotionS"

Not sure about the Cotto comparison other than power. To me hes more like Bojado of three or four years ago. Hes struggled a little in his last few fights, because his opponents are no longer just falling down when he hits them, plus he poses way too much after he throws his power shots, and hes wide open to be countered.

Its possible Hatton will want to prove himself at 147 before he packs it in..Well, maybe Hatton should fight Berto(if Berto wins his next fight).
