Please refresh my memory.... didn't Gatti look at the ref and try and milk a point, and then got hit when the ref didn't say anything?

Floyd was right to do what he did in both situations. Protect yourself at all times. The Gatti one was a bit more cut and dry from memory because the ref didnt call time on or off.

Personally, I would have done the same as Floyd. Boxing is an opportunistic sport and a brutal one.

3:24 Floyd throws a wild L hook which Gatti ducks under. Floyd knees Gatti
3:26 seconds of the vid........Wilkinson says "stop punching"
3:27 Floyd throws a LR hook combo to Gattis ears while he's bent over with Floyd leaning on him.
3:28 while Gatti looks to Wilkinson for the foul, FoneyMay sucker punches him with a 1-2 and drops him.
    Ref starts the count.
Gatti taps the refs chest with his gloves and that's ****ed up then repeats how ****ed it is while he boxes after getting up.

How can you *****s continually gargle with Floyds semen, and how is it you are bale to purchase it so easily. Does he call you for the blow jobs, or does he mail it to you after another ***** sucks him off and spits.

What Floyd did to Ortiz was a lot more sneaky. He acted like it was all good, hugging, then two pieced Ortiz.

No, he never acted as if he was ok with the headbutt and the apologies, and he never hugged Ortiz.

On topic: At least Gatti had the balls to say that it's 'protect yourself at all times... I guess I learned it the hard way, huh' (his exact words). That douche Ortiz NEVER took responsibility for not protecting himself. He never admitted it was his fault, at least partially. Hell, he never even admitted that his headbutt was intentional.
