Floyd vs JMM and SSM vs Dela Hoya...same difference!

This is some serious serious drivvel , but im gona answer it anyway !!!!!

First of all , Mosley fought most of his career hovering around the 135 - 145 mark before winning a world title @135 and eventually as high as 54 :deal , De La Hoya won his first world title @130 , so who's the bigger man ??? :huh

Marquez for all intents and purposes is a Feather weight who's had to grow into weight classes to land big fights , he'd never ventured above 135 and had just been in 2 wars with a shop worn Casamayor and Juan Diaz , the warning signs were there !!! added to that De La Hoya had fought everybody apart from Forrest and Winky @47 by the time he fought Mosley , unlike Floyd who had a who's who waiting to fight him @47 and he chose Marquez !!!!

De La Hoya Mosley was a legit fight with 2 evenly sized WW's IN THERE PRIMES :deal , Mayweather Marquez was a mis match in every department , not only was Marquez much much smaller but actually Marquez is / was on the slide , anybody who disagree's with that needs to watch some Marquez fights from 5 - 6 years ago even though he has just beaten up Juan Diaz :deal

Jmm was wholly untested, whilst great fighters have made the jump successfully in the past, it is the exception rather than the rule.

marquez wasnt good enough to jump to 147. he should knock out khan at 140 and then retire.

he would be no match for pac at this stage.

i dont knock floyd for taking the fight, he was coming outta retirement so a low risk fight made sense.

it aint in his top ten victories

Mosley was a big lightweight he was bigger than almost all his opponents in the lightweight division.Hes also a lot bigger than marquez hes 5 9 Marquez is 5 7,and mosley started his career at lightweight and Marquez was a career featherweight.

 

You just made the glaring difference even worse by making this thread and giving more attention to it.
