    Yawn.

The "forgot to copy the link" remark was hilarious though. I'll admit that much.

even to see him lose they still pay to see a man they cant stand. it doesnt make any sense to me for so many to use that logic when they buy his fights. Marquez had no chance of doing that but it did a supposed 1mil ppv buys? must be more to it than that.

If you don't have a reliable source then don't post something stupid as this.

After the filling of irs tax of HBO last january, Brad Cone discovered that the the real hbo ppv of the numero uno number one reached only 431,505 with a gross sales of 21,553,675 usd only 10,776,838 usd were pocketed and taxable by hbo sports.

So why gbp and hbo reached one million buys? was it manipulated?

But The real scene revealed that it was not manipulated at least the number who watched the fight, Indeed over 1 million fans paid to watch or shall we say forced to watch the fight.

GBP included and counted the movie theaters as ppv buys although it wasn't significant numbers at all because it only generates 9,563 paid viewers in 170 theaters with average payment of 7.49 that grossed only to 71,626.87

The big contributor of the 1 million buys are the bars and closed circuit viewing all over the country, and some of the viewers intended only to drink beers to their favorite bars, but discovered there was an additional 1.5 dollars per bottle in order to watch the fight live.

GBP has only registered 1,520,454 dollars grossed in bars and closed circuit viewing as taxable in their irs aplication. And 603,636 paid to watch or no choice but to watch the fight. There was even double or even more than triple counting if the customer drink more than 1 bottle of beer. But GBP included those numbers as ppv sales. Of course a ppv sales but not hbo ppv worth 50 dollars.

There IS more to it. Namely that Floyd is a massive draw.

This is disgusting if this is true that GBP would doctor its books just to show Floyd is marketable boxer. Quite pathetic. This should be investigaged by IRS.

    LOL

I love how Pacquiao's team is attempting to deflect the bad news that is about to drop by making these accusations.

So "Brad Cone" is implying that HBO, owned by Time Warner, released false numbers to the public?

Brad Cone is a certified *******

Can you imagine? IF HBO is releasing false numbers, imagine the maginations of honest Bob Arum.:deal

What is it? What? That Pac-Cotto only did 150K?
Arum estimated that each home that bought the PPV had 8 people viewing the fight......:lol::lol:

They wont release the PPV numbers all of the estimates and his wording was careful. If HBO releases the numbers only then its fact.
