Floyd vs Oscar and Shane and the "asset book" of the PBF camp

    Don't think anybody would argue Shane and Oscar were the 2 best the Floyd has faced. What is very interesting about these two fights is that in both Floyd could have lost as easily as he won. Against Oscar he was not throwing enough punches to keep Oscar from rallying and vs Shane he was nearly knocked out before Shane stopped attacking. Floyd did not have either fighter hurt.

    Now look at Manny vs Oscar - Oscar did not even have a prayer.
    Manny vs Cotto (who beat Shane) Cotto hit Manny better than Shane hit Floyd and Manny did not even flinch and put a whooping on Cotto.

    Floyd had some problems with these two because they both have left hooks which makes it harder to defend than facing the typical one two fighter. he has avoided multi dimensional fighters his entire career and replaced facing them with his trash talk and marketing.

    The fact that the in the last 5 MP fights ZERO of his opponents had any shot of any other outcome except for being demolished.

    If Floyd had serious knockout power to bring to the table it would be a different story. Mark my words there is no way he will fight Manny. Manny has the whole page on the checklist of assets Mayweather avoids to secure his undefeated record. It is a stylistic nightmare for Floyd and after getting rocked vs a Mosley who had only about 50% of his sharpness on his punches and a history of ducking the dangerous why would this time be any different? Floyd is concocting a plan to face 2-3 more fighters that fit the mold for him to get an easy decision or who will walk straight in for his counters. The con job is over me. After Manny received the fighter of the decade and seeing Floyd out on his feet vs Shane I can close the book with Manny forever above the name Floyd Mayweather.

    show me one time cotto hit manny with a similar punch and with the same amount of power that mosley hit mayweather with.

    Floyd has less punch resistance.

    Shane landed 20 times the amount of those right hands on Cotto, who gets wobbled and hurt fairly easy.

    Terrible post. Oscar didn't have a prayer because he severly drained himself to make 147. Roach knew this and even admitted as much during interviews. Floyd fought beat Oscar at his healthy weight.

    And let's not forget that Cotto was smashed up and ruined by Margarito prior to Pac, the same guy Mosley destroyed.

    All that happened was one of his opponents had success with the jab early, Floyd adjusted and took that weapon away. Then another one of his opponents stunned him, he recovered and proceeded to dominate the rest of the fight.

    Why don't you mention how JMM schooled Pac TWICE and stunned him in the second fight with a lunging left hook? Oh thats right, because you are a twat

    pac wasnt the "complete" figther agains jmm that he is now!

    and plus...anddd....pac was draining weight to fight at lower classes....now he isnt cutting weight and is healthier!!!

    the same assholes who actually believe what i just said...will be crying if floyd ever gets the chance to whoop pac....that pac is too small and didnt belong at 147....even though when you bring up steroid allegations against pac....they love to bring up how they were fighting at the same weight when they were 16!...but when itll be convenient for them...theyll be crying how floyd is naturally bigger

This entire thread is based on Mosley hurting Floyd (even though Floyd dominated him) and Oscar having some success with his jab, even though Floyd ended up ad******g and taking it away from him. Then the TS goes on to state that no fighter has even HAD THE SLIGHTEST CHANCE OF ANYTHING BUT GETTING DEMOLISHED :lol: When JMM won more rounds than Pac over 2 fights, and staggered him, much the same Mosley staggered Floyd. Moral of this story, the thread starter is a biased ****twat and you are an ******* sir for siding with him :bart

    So Pac is a more completelfighter now??
    Is that why his eardrum was busted up in the Cotto fight? Is that why Clottey who hardly threw any punches, was still raking him upside his head with right hands?

    Pac seems to have gotten stronger since he's moved up in weight but he is far from a complete fighter. he makes lots of mistakes and is very hittable.

    Pacq fans are gonna sh!t themselves when he gets creamed.Arturo Gatti would've destroyed Pacq.He was mollywhopped by Floyd.JMM beat him twice and was mollywhopped by Floyd.Pacq,JMM and Aruro Gatti all have that same brawling style that just doesn't work against a master boxer.When this fight is over ,septic tanks will be flying off the shelf all over California.New holes will be dug throughout the phillipines.
