Not much to be confused about. Pac has accomplished more than Floyd, and a Floyd win doesn't change that. It's not really even debatable, it's written, Pac has cemented his legacy and when he's done the legend will grow. No need to get in detail about how you chose to dissect Pac's opposition. Try to weight the positives and negatives about those victories and see what is greater. Do this for Floyd also and you should see the difference.
I would never compare Floyd to Jordan it's disrespectful to an athlete who changed the game and always proved himself to be the best competitor.
