Floyd vs Pac PPV History

Am I wrong though? Don't you think all this stuff is really bad for our sport? PPV numbers, purse splits, defending one fighter's actions tooth and nail - is this healthy stuff for "fans" to focus on?

the ts made a very good and relevant thread...most of esb (like it or not) is talking about money and wether either fighter deserves more than 50/50...it seems floyd wants the bigger share...if it were me i would take a 50/50...52/48 is not unreasonable for floyd to ask for imo however. This thread (like it or not) proves that when it comes to revenue, ppvbuys, etc...pacquiao is slightly less of a favorite...so yes this thread has relevance like it or not

That's because that fight should've happened a long time ago and casual fans usually fall for promoter's tactics. Hoya was obviously shot when FLoyd got his hands on Hoya. Ask Roach. He knows what I'm talking about

Same thing with Mosley. That fight should've happened in 2000 when Mosley was in his prime. 2010 Mosley is shot. Everybody knows it but casual fans seem to forget about age factors and they still thought that Mosley was still prime at the age of 39. The Hopkins fight should've given a hint on what would happen between Floyd and Mosley.

This is the reason why Floyd is so hesitant on tryin to make a fight against Pac. Coz Pac is not old and in his prime. Floyd should've fought Pac when he was at 130 and brought him up at 140. That would've settled who was the best.
