    True or False?

In my opinion regardless of the outcome this is the greatest sporting event of this generation. Arguably one of the best of all time in all honesty. People can say what they want about how old boxing matches had more on the line because of social issues which may be true. But name ANY sporting event in the past 20-30 years that had a 6 year build up? No NBA Finals, Superbowl, Stanley Cup, World Cup, World Series or any single regular season game of any sport can match what is about to happen on may 2nd.

I want to congratulate everyoen regardless of who you want to win for being patient and being alive or such an incredible sporting event. We will be telling our grand kids about this one some day. Even if the fight is underwhelming or typical for either fighter this is truly a legendary event.

I actually like the name of that for the card by the way.... Legendary. It explains everything.

5 years ago yeah. Now, it's like Hagler vs Leonard, both past it.

it don't matter to be honest...

think about it like this. How many SPORTING COMPETITIONS take 6 years to occur?

    then....

think about it like this.... in any FINALS of any sport... world cup, super bowl, nba finals, etc... how many of the guys/teams are 100%? Richard sherman was playing with a broken arm and some other guy played the entire super bowl with a torn mcl for seattle.... Lebron james back was super jacked up vs the spurs last year but nobody gives a ****...

    no excuses.

It's not really that big of a deal for me tbh. Not sure how the rest of the world feels.

Because it took too long to happen. Taking so long to happen took some of the shine off it for me, plus Pacquiao doesn't look like the wrecking machine that he once did. I have a feeling that the fight won't be that good. For the those reasons I'm not really that excited about it. Hopefully that will change as the fight grows nearer.
