It's interesting to see the responses so far. I guess my only question at this point is, if Martinez fought either of them would everyone be satisfied if Floyd and Pac never met? Or would it be a fair statement that regardless it's all about seeing Floyd fight Pac?

Me personally, I am still rooting for the fight between Pac vs Floyd!

Its so many barriers keeping that fight from being made, and I always said if they cant come to an agreement, as long as they fight the other champions thats all that matters....When Floyd fought Victor I didnt like the way the media overlooked him...dude was the number 2 fighter in the world and people complained....what was the guy supposed to do fight Berto?...I dont mind seeing them fight Martinez and I hear Pac might fight Khan one day..Basically the media jocks Pac and Mayweather and it acts like they are the only two champions in boxing...Im over it already..I just wanna see them fight the best

Floyd would be the tougher night for Martinez than Pacquiao. Even Martinez said this by himself in his latest interview.

Paquiao would get ktfo in a couple of rounds. Mayweather pulls out the desicion.

To me its more of a question if Martinez is just to big or not. He is the MW champ for a reason. Both Floyd and Manny would beat him pretty clearly if not for the big size advantage. Thats why i kind of think they are dumb fights. Dont get me wrong i would watch them but there are weight classes for a reason and you can only push that line so far. BTW both might beat him with the size advantage.

Martinez stops both at 154 or 160, Pac an Floyd is close, but Pac may stop May on the late rounds.

depends on the weight class these guys fight at. if pac steps up to 160 sergio would beat him. i do think floyd has the style to beat sergio tho. i dont see anyone outboxing floyd as of right now. a fighter that has a chance would be pac who can take the fight to floyd. floyd hasn't avoided a fight against pac for nothing. he knows it's a dangerous fight.
