I think PBF would be more effective. Pea has more upper body movement, but Floyd slips, blocks, shoulder rolls & parries virtually everything.

    PBF SD.

I would say Whitaker edges reflexes wise but Mayweather has the better defensive system.

I dont think any boxer has ever had a better defensive system then Mayweather.

^ Id say Locche did. He had every defensive manourve covered and used them all very effectively. He also made this work with clearly less athleticism and speed then Floyd.

I will say Floyd. Pernell was a lefty he had a built in Defense, which he took and made the most of it.

Agreed. It seems that Whitaker's head movement is unparalleled while Floyd's blocking and parrying are simply brilliant. It's unbelievable to watch Whitaker make world class fighters lung in and hit nothing but air. A fight between these two would have been a defensive masterpiece but Whitaker's clowning might be the determining factor in terms of swaying the judges towards Floyd.

Both have quick feet ...Floyd was more technical in his defence...Pernel was more unorthodox but with better upper body movements...So I go with Sweet pea.

Man,N'Dou was hilariously bad offensively(and in general).Floyd didn't have much to test him that night. There are much better performances to put in a highlight.

Sweet pea by far, I don't think there will ever be anyone that can do the defensive type movements the way Whitaker did, truly a great defensive fighter.

Sweet Pea defence is marginally better. Money Mayweather's offense is better.
