I wouldn't mind that either.....I just want to see the fight. But I think 50/50 is more than fair considering that these two fighters are neck and neck in terms of their drawing power and popularity. It's not like this DLH vs Floyd or DLH vs Manny where the drawing power was completely one sided.

Judging by the mentality on this board, most posters here would end up broke not only financially, but physically by the time they retire if they were pro boxers.

They would throw out any business sense to make all the fights happen as soon as possible and neglect defense to be "exciting".

    list of floyd demands
    1) Random drug testing
    2) Fight Venue in Vegas
    3) 60-40 percent of purse
    4) last ring entrance

    what a ****in' primadonna.

what else are we gonna see by the time this fight is signed?

Floyd could do that, but he won't. The Punisher is too much of a risk to take for low money by Floyd's standards, and he's not enough of a name for Floyd's purposes either. Pacquiao vs Cotto II would still probably do more business at the PPVs despite Pacquiao having stopped Cotto previously.

And common sense would tell you that $40M with pride put on the side is a good business sense rather than asking for other ridiculous stuffs where you know the other party ain't taking, $40M is better than nothing at all. That kid is a good business sense, and a great common sense at that.

This fight will 100% gonna happen with Floyd most likely getting a bit more. Split of 55/45 sounds good, but beyond that, if Pac rejected, it would be 100% on Floyd's fault, should the fight not happen.

    :patsch

It's actually a smart thing for Void to try to get moar than 50% first since he is the bigger draw. He can slowly agree to give them a bit moar if his lower offers don't work.

We agree on something. I said from day one Void will end up getting a bit moar while everyone was throwing all logic down the shitter with their 50/50 ideas, and 55% was my guess.

So you're saying that after all the hard work Manny has put into the WW division u still feel like he has not done enough to warrant a 50/50 split with a guy who has had 2 fights since an 18 month layoff? I'm so sorry but I can't even see how u justify that and being a Manny fan. I truly believe the Floyd has cherry picked all the opponents he have and has backed himself into a corner to either fight Manny or move up in weight and fight the elites at 54. He really has no choice either or. So he will price himself out of this one and feel like he did his part and his next options will be someone @ 54 and he will then retire again so he won't have to do that. He is not gonna fight and his retirement, or whatever you wanna call it has already started. He knows this fight is not gonna happen and he is just going through the motion right now and just waiting for Arum and Roach to back out to say that it was not his fault.

Debating with *******s is like hitting the bag till you collapse from exhaustion... No matter how hard you hit them with facts, after facts, they just don't get it. I'm going to slow down a bit on you *******s, I'll let Floyd do the talking.
