    This fight would'nt happen for the simple reason it would'nt make money.

    Mayweather commands a hight guarantee, and simply GBP would not be able to to pay Mayweather that guarantee.

    I'd predict a Mayweather-Morales fight would sell significantly less than 500K PPV's.

    Losing to Maidana and having a 140 lbs title gift wrapped to Morales is'nt reason enough to have this fight made.

    This has got to be bogus rumors. Someone within GBP may have mentioned the possibilites, but I just cant see where there are currently any real talks to pit Mayweather against Morales.

    Imagine that, another smaller guy moving up, in his mid-late 30s, associated to Pacquiao's name being the last guy to beat him. It has the hallmarks of a typical Mayweather welterweight opponent. Probably more the case of GBP trying to push it. Mayweather would not stoop that low.
