It's not about being great at 147. It's about that its his 4th weight class that he moved into and beat the Lineal Champion, Lineal ex Champion, and Hatton who held the WBA belt (Vacated and Cotto beat Quitana for the vacated belt)

Which ultimately adds to his resume overall. People seem to discredit him so much for moving up in weight. The smallest guy in the division that means something is suppose to be the one who suppose to clear out the division.

Also factor this, yes the Hatton fight was at 147 but the weight didn't matter, Hatton weighed what he normally weighs as a JR WW on fight night like he did against Floyd. When he fought Collazo he weighed 160, which is too much weight. Now people pick on Floyd for fighting a "smaller fighter" yet they encourage Margo and others to call out Floyd who ON FIGHT NIGHT as a WW weighs what he weighs in at. Floyd doesn't add weight on overnight like alll these fighters do at 147.

Yeah at 140 but the fight was at 147. So, his title at 140 does not count.

Jack Johnson did what Sullivan, Corbett, Fitzsimmons, Jeffires, Hart and Burns did before him and what Willard, Dempsey and tunney did after him. He drew the colour line. Yes, he was black so it looks strange but nevertheless it´s the same. And this was just normal buisness then, not ducking - and he beat most of the guys on his way to the title.

Leonard fought Benitez, Hearns, Duran, Hagler, Norris, Camacho. Damned cherry-picker!

DLH fought Paez, Molina, Ruelas, Hernandez, Leija, Chavez, Whitaker, Camacho, Rivera, Quartey, Carr, Trinidad, Mosley, Vargas, Hopkins, PBF. That´s the who is who from jlw to mw of his time. That´s cherry picking.

Yes. DLH was a known cherry picker. He wasn't a guy would fight whoever his promoter put in front of him. He always sought out the biggest money fights. Hoya's cherry picking isn't frowned upon due to the fact that it did lead to him fighting many noteworthy fighters.

The same is true with Leonard. He avoided Hearns until he became a big enough draw, and didn't give him a rematch for years. Duran was a big draw, which is why he fought him the first time. After that fight, Leonard offered him a rematch after he found out Duran had ballooned to over 200 lbs. Not surprisingly, he wasn't quick to give him a rubber match. Benitez was good style matchup for Leonard. It's no surprise that he never fought Cueves. Also, he waited to Hagler slowed down before he fought him. Leonard was heavilly criticised for his choice of opposition towards the end of his career.

Once again, the sport is built off of cherry picking. The way the sport is setup, fighters with any sort of clout will cherry pick the best risk/reward options. The good thing about that is that the guys who offer the biggest reward are usually pretty good fighters.

His title doesn't, but the fight itself does. The fact is you can CONSIDER this a 140lb fight. They would of weighed the samem but obviously he doesn't get the title.

His title at 140 does not count, but the point is that he was exactly the same fighter that fights at 140. The weight was not a problem for Hatton in that fight.

No. He made no plans to be a great WW, it's not his natural weight class. It was his FOURTH weight class overall. You try to **** us Mayweather fans off and say hes not great at WW. Like if we didn't know. You can't have 3 fights atWW and be considered one of the greatest at the weight class.

LIke I said before, it's the fact that it was his 4th weight class and he went into the division and beat the ex Lineal Champion and the Lineal Champion with ease.

I've already explained how I define cherry picking. Talking to you is useless anyway, you operate in your own twisted reality.
