Obviously Mayweather didn't have all year to negotiate. He had a date set and was final with his words. Arum was stalling as usual, spewing bull**** to the media and reporting fake quotes. I'm not saying it's all Arum's fault, both are to be blamed but it's obvious that Arum plays a major role in this not happening and possibly never will. There's a reason Cotto vs Mayweather instantly happened as soon as Cotto left Arum.
