Floyd's the one making the demand, so he should pick up the phone and demand it affirmatively. It's the way it goes.

That said, my gut tells me that Pac would answer the phone and just tell him that he's washing his hair or something like that. I think Pac would take the tests, but I really believe he wants Floyd to humble himself first.

 

Floyd has demanded it though, everyone knows the demand. I think it's unreasonable for the party who has agreed to all of the other parties demands to have to call and check up on the other party to see if they're willing to agree yet. But that could just be me....

I also don't think Pac has an issue with the testing.. I think it's his handlers aka Arum.

Manny has said it numerous times...it's Arum that handles his fight negotiations.

Pac agreeing to all (OSDT) of Floyds demand was a common knowledge after his Magarito fight.

 

Why would they let Koncz on HBO 24/7 stating Manny only agreed to 7 days if he's not in a position to speak on it? Have they denied what Koncz said in that interview? I mean if he's lying they would have corrected him correct? Can he not have more than one person involved in his fight negotiations?!

No it's not. Koncz going on HBO 24/7 stating he only agreed to a 7 day cutoff is common knowledge. Again.. If they agreed why haven't they contacted Floyd's team to try and get a fight made? If he said that's the only issue, when you decide to agree wouldn't you go pursue the fight?! :huh

 

It's not about reason either. Pac wants Floyd to look pitiable so that he can be in the position to show pity to Floyd. Then, Pac would do the seemingly magnanimous thing and agree to all the tests. People back home praise him for being such a good sport with Floyd, and even if he ends up losing the fight he wins in the end, in the eyes of his political constituency.

The man is a politician now, and he's got his eyes on a prize bigger than P4P king.

Dude, what more can Floyd do, the man has addressed the issue publicly, he's made it clear where he stands, many of you have proclaimed over and over and over again that Manny has "agreed to Floyds demand" but since he's back you back off it? Now it's excuses for these bull**** cut offs and whatever. Bottom line it's on Manny to nut up and test, if he won't do it he's a ***** and afraid of the fight simple and plain. Manny and arum are who will keep this from happening not Floyd, and that's just how it is.

Furthermore it was Manny's team who are the documented, proven, established liars. I don't say that to be a dick, it's just the simple reality. The mediator had to correct their lies, they were caught via video tape lying, I mean what else do you have to see...they lie dude. It's not that PBF is innocent, he's not...but he's not guilty as it stands today, he's the one addressing the tough questions head on, Manny has not.

simply cuz there was nothing to negotiate. i touched on this a long time ago. everything was basically agreed on except the blood testing /shrug. up to the fight testing or no deal as floyd stated after the shane fight. if pac's camp wasn't agreeing to that, there was no need to go any further. floyd pretty much said the same thing in a recent interview

 

Again I ask you, in the second negotiation, the mediator said that the fight was so close to being made. Then he said it was up to Floyd to accept the fight. Fight didn't happen so that means it was Floyd who held up the fight, right? Or do you think the mediator has something to gain by lying?

 

Didn't he also say once that he wanted to fight the winner of Williams Martinez? Of course that was before Martinez laid Williams out cold.
