Floyd will fight Cotto like he did Diego. Floyds plan of attack.

    Cotto lacks a right hand like Diego Corrales did against him.

    Floyd nulified Chicos left hook by feinting, throwing a left hook and moving to his left. Floyd may do this early to get Cotto to lift his feet so that he can't plant to get maximum leverage on his punches. Floyd will stay center ring and I think that he is well prepared for Cottos jab and left hook. Cotto may even try to go southpaw, but Floyds speed will keep Cotto orthodox.

    Cotto loves to turn southpaw and throw a hard straight left, then them back and jab. Floyd wants the fight center ring and toe to toe. Cotto will initiate the attack at first until he realizes how hard Floyd is to hit. Imo, Cotto won't be able to constantly trap Floyd on the ropes to land body shots.

    Cotto is a very good boxer himself, but he lacks a respect gaining right hand that can follow the jab and hurt/confuse Floyd which is why I expect Floyd to win by 11th round stoppage.

    Their stances are completely different, Corrales could bang with both hands whereas Cotto is a better boxer, but no as lethal with both hands as was Diego.

    It'll be different kind of fight alltogether.

    Cotto will switch it up...
    I'm expecting Miguel to come out very cautious the first couple rds.
    After he feels the power or lack of by Floyd then he will attack a bit more.

    My best guess is Floyd will be the aggressor... Anyone agree???

    Initially, Cotto might come forward, and early on he might tag Floyd with something huge.

    From round 4-5 and onwards, Floyd will be pressing the attack, for sure.

    i agree somewhat....i think he will just get in cotto's face, keep turning cotto away from his power, and chop him up with short uppercuts as cotto tries to land combos to the body

    Floyd will be the aggressor but in a smart way. He will come in behind the jab up top and to the gut. I see him putting on a boxing lesson. Yes Cotto is going to come to fight but I don't think some people realize how much heart Floyd has. In his mind he can't lose and refuses to. If he has to up his punch output he will, if he has to use his legs and give movement he will. Whatever it takes.

    Floyd is going to walk Cotto down to tire him out and land some sneaky counters while he's doing it. Floyd is going for the KO to cover the under 9and a half rounds which are the best odds at plus 170. I already bet 1k. On my way to Vegas this afternoon to put more money on it. You heard it here first.

    Cotto is going to get raped on the inside. How many left hooks to the body did Hatton land? Cotto is going to get abused and that defense is designed for infighting for the most part. Cotto is going to be catching arms and gloves.

    I disagree. Corrales had power in both hands. Floyd will fight Cotto like he fought the rest of his opponents as of late, toe to toe and in the center of the ring.
