Zero wins against a fighter younger than him in over 5 years
Zero wins against an ATG in their prime
    Zero knockouts against any ATG
Zero fights vs Manny Pacquiao (current P4P #1)
Zero on his record - Watch the Castillo fight and see right above.

also these are his decent wins

    Shane Mosley
    Carlos Baldomir
    Ricky Hatton
    Zab Judah
    Oscar De La Hoya
    Sharmba Mitchell
    Arturo Gatti
    Jose Luis Castillo
    Genaro Hernandez
    Diego Corrales
    DeMarcus Corley
    Carlos Hernandez
    Jesus Chavez
Ill stick Juan Manuel Marquez in there as he was so soundly technicaly beaten (not just overpowered).. although he was no where near his best weight

To be overrated, you have to be very highly thought of. Hatton isn't universally rated high, unlike fighters like Pac, Floyd, DLH, Tito...who were.

He's the most overrated for the simple fact that so many claim that he's unbeatable, and pick him in most head to head matchups against greats. He's no where near as good as people believe he is. He's fought easy competition. Aside from a prime Castillo (who most believe beat him), an old over the hill Hoya (who got a split decision) and an old, shot looking Mosley who almost decapitated him. People need to get their head checked on this dude. He has only once or twice faced any kind of real threat. Pacquiao would expose him if they ever fight.

mayweather is a legitimate top 50 all time fighter. bottom end but still pretty impressive. to say he's top 40 is reasonable, top 30 is a farce and top 20 insulting to real legends.

it depends on where you put him. if i were to sit down, i'd have him around 40 but to each their own. only overrated if you have to justify his post gatti career as anything but cashing in and making himself known

That old shot looking Mosley would have been just as easy for Pacquiao, if not easier.

Undefeated Hatton? Yeah who fought out of his weight class and went 10 rounds with Floyd, and got his ass knocked out in two by Pacquiao (at his weight).

Corrales was a good win, but he isn't an ATG.

His resume speaks for itself bro. Hardly any real threats on there. Everybody slower, or older. Whenever he did face somewhat of a true threat he was made to look ordinary.

Floyd's resume doesn't stack up when comparing him with fighters throughout history.
