Roy did it, going successfully from light heavy to heavyweight for a big fight, if Floyd's so great surely he can accomplish the same thing. Remember how Floyd was always saying he was better than Roy? Fine, prove it. He's fighting at a 152 limit tonight, why would going up to 160 be such a big deal? Maybe he just doesn't have the balls? Trying to protect his health again?

    He's ****ing chicken ****, period.

Floyd doesn't get proper credit from beating anyone, so Canelo will be no different.

To much truth for this crowd.
It will never be good enough, no matter who he fights they will have some reason to say the fight was easy.
4 months ago there were a hundred people on here saying he was scared of Alvarez and would never fight him.
Now the day of the fight and they say it is too easy for Floyd and he is cheating us by making Alvarez cut 2 lbs when he will gain 15lbs by tonight.
    BUNCH OF CHUMPS!!!

This needs to be said: You're a ******. ***gots like you, who have the nerve to call professional fighters very disrespectful names and question their "balls," deserve to have your ass kicked. Seriously.

Before you question the balls of a fighter who is 44-0 across 5 weight divisions, perhaps you should share with everybody here what your professional boxing record is? After all, you must be a real badass to talk like that.

You don't even deserve to call yourself a boxing fan. Have some respect for guys who fight for our entertainment, ******. Some of these guys end up permanently damaged and even die you *****.

Now carry on like the little woman you are.....

Fighting a man 13 years younger is a pretty big deal. Despite the 2 pound "drain", it assumed that he will rehydrate anyway, gets full credit

No matter what happens tonight, Mayweather will earn no respect. He can blame himself and that loud mouth Ellerbe for it.

If he really cares about his legcy, he'd fight the man at 154 Lbs. He fought at 154 Lbs. twice before but he wants credit for jumping up 5 Lbs now? He's already jumped up 7 Lbs. twice before!

It doesn't matter what Canelo said in the past... he'd fight at a catch-weight... or even if he said he'd fight at 147 Lbs. The fact that Ellerbe said that Canelo has an idiot for a manager and that his manager was putting Canelo at a disadvantage due to the 2 extra Lbs. he has to lose...... makes Floyd Mayweather Jr. sound like a pvssy. Ellerbe is hurting Mayweather's legacy for talking like that.

If Canelo wins, he gets all the respect in the world. There is no indication that Mayweather is washed up. He's not rusty, he's in shape and was in his last fight as well, he hasn't been injured, he's fought at that weight before... no excuses.

If Mayweather wins... so what. Canelo is much more inexperienced plus he had to shed 2 more Lbs. for the weigh-in which weakened him and took his mind off of his fight plan, etc, etc.

    Fvck Mayweather lol!

Mayweather isn't really a pvssy... but he is hard to like. He controls things, big promotion for his fights regardless of who he is fighting. He has fought some good and even great fighters... the great ones were either past prime or too small though... DeLaHoya, Mosley, Marquez. A case can be made that he lost to Castillo (1st fight) and DeLaHoya.

Cotto, Ortiz, and Guerrero were good but Cotto was a bit past prime (still did pretty well), Ortiz really ain't much (still had his moments), Guerrero had not stopped anybody in over 3 years and that was at 130 Lbs.

Pac's wins over Mosley, Cotto, Hatton, and DeLaHoya were more impressive. Mayweather's win over Marquez was better but Pac fought better versions of Marquez than Mayweather faced.

If Floyd ever fought Pac and beat him (even a 1st round KO) it wouldn't mean ****... he'd get no respect and people would say (myself included)... had they fought when Pac was at his best... Pac would have beat him.

    Fvck Mayweather lol

Its too bad, cause he just fought Cotto @ 54 "for the best Cotto", but then makes Canelo come down two.
