In the modern day of multiple belts , no fighter has unified at least 2 titles in 2 separate divisions simultaneously.
Not true! There's been a **** load of fighters, greats and non greats to to achieve that feat. Fighters move up all the time and win a belt in the next division. When they win it, they're holding two world title belts in seperate divisions.
So then what would you call pac's " best fighter of the decade" accomplishment? Seeing how this era is so " watered down"
and do you think belts is how a fighter should be remembered? or do you think it's more important to be remembered for who you fought and when?
The greats are always be remembered by the other greats they fought. It's really a prerequisite of being great: fighting other greats.
I think Provodnikov word it better. It was in the lines of....."People will remember your fight not the belt". or something in those lines. :deal :bbb
