Who f'ing cares????? We know the Floyd-hoya fight did around 2.4 million buys. That wasn't all floyd fans now was it? Of course not. Idiot floyd fans hanging from his balls like its their money. Get a ****ing life, your boy is retired and Pac has more money than Floyd ever will, oh and he's the man in boxing, where floyd has become the coward. PPV's shouldn't mean **** to anybody but the promoters and fighters getting the money idiots, would you rather have bragging rights over PPV #'s or an actual ****ing fight? Gimme a break!

While the boxing world was watching the most exciting boxer in the planet, lil Floyd watched Lady Gaga. That's his most important contribution to boxing to date.

Floyd has been an HBO fighter for a lot longer than PAC, so there's something very telling that a NON american fighter can some how get more PPV dates than the American fighter and also generate more money overall. Floyd's average may be better but that doesn't mean **** at the end of the day. no one cares that Floyd sueaks out a better average in PPV figthing once a year.

    Agreed.

One fought Mosley when he was the Rings P4P#3 and the other when he was regarded as shot.

Are you really that slow? How about some analogies to expose your lack of objective reason.

Usian Bolt wins the 100m dash at the 2008 Olympics setting a world record in the process. However Tyson Gay won more races that year. Who is the fastest man in the world? Who is the more successful sprinter?

    Or another...

Let's say that we have two pumpkins. One from your farm and one from mine. We each enter our best pumpkin into to the state fair. My pumpkin is bigger and healthier. I win the blue ribbon. You come in a respectable second place. On a side note, your farm produces 20 more pumpkins in the harvest than mine and therefore generates more income that year. Who is the better farmer? Who won the blue ribbon? we're not talking volume, we're talking the best on any given night.

No matter how much Pacquiao has generated volume wise, he cannot be considered the cash cow, because on any given night Mayweather still generates more.

1.2M are great numbers considering that pac was an overwhelming 6 to 1 favorite vs. mosley. many boxing fans didn't give mosley much of a chance to win and didn't buy the PPV as a result. that means fans who bought this PPV did so just to see pac fight and that augers well for his popularity.

on the other hand, the betting odds were much closer between mayweather and mosley. many boxing fans also gave mosley a good chance to beat mayweather due to his performance vs. margo. more boxing fans therefore bought this PPV since it was a more compelling fight at that time.

After all that negative feedbacks before the fight, 1.2M is a ****ING HUGE NUMBER!
