Floyd sonned Manny's dad and is Manny's grandfather. No amount of deflecting by ****** ass fanboys like yourself will ever change that fact.

If it walks like a Duck, looks like a Duck, talks like a Duck --- then it's a Duck. And that's PAC --- overrated swarmer, substandard boxing skills, stamina problems, damaged chin via serious concussion. Enough said.

...Hides behind his scumbag promoter like a straight up ***** and makes lame excuses about lucky punches, leg cramps, blood tests making his head feel dizzy, socks, gloves, etc.

Not when it comes to blood testing. ODST is conducted by agencies that have the resources to do so. The commission doesnt have any say with the extra drug testing. Only thing the commission can enforce are the rules of combat. Further contract stipulations are deciding by the fighters, promoters etc...

Because it isnt just getting split two ways. And like i said it needs to be on paper what is going where ahead of time or else things get shady. It why the muhammad ali act is there in the first place.

    That's b.s.

Are you trying to tell me if two fighters decide they want to forgo drug testing the commission would be fine with that? Of course they wouldn't. And if they wanted to ramp up the drug testing, it would be within their power to do so.

Paper? No one said this wouldn't be part of a legal agreement. It would merely be clause in the agreement, much like the PPV split would be a clause.

Contract law has been around forever and this isn't bloody rocket science by any stretch of the imagination. No reason why the winner can't get a bigger percentage of the gate (which would be defined) than the loser. Surely it's easier to do then it is to deal with the PPV $$ which could take months to confirm, and you could get into dozen's of issues. Like I said they do it in tennis and golf. In both those sports, your pay is based on performance.

So here is a summary of the Act, specifically which section of the Act would be breached if the winner of a fight were to get more than the loser?

    The Act

The act itself is divided into seven sections. The sections are 1) Short Title; 2) Findings; 3) Purposes; 4) Protecting Boxers from Exploitation; 5) Conflict of Interest; 6) Enforcement; 7) Additional Amendments [ii]. A short summary of each section follows:
    1) Short title – The act is called the Muhammad Ali Boxing Reform Act.
    2) Findings –
    1. Because professional boxing is unique in American sports and operates without a league, coercive business practices occurred.
    2. The state must be the entity that protects and regulates professional boxing events.
    3. Promoters have taken advantage of the lack of business standards in boxing.
    4. Boxing sanctioning organizations are not credible or objective, to the detriment of the integrity of the sport.
    5. Competition has been interfered with by restrictive and anti-competitive business practices.
    6. National contracting reforms should be established to protect boxers.
    3) Purposes -
    1. to protect the rights of professional boxers
    2. to facilitate more effective oversight of the sport
    3. to promote competition and enhance integrity within the sport
    4) Protecting boxers from exploitation – The act amends the Professional Boxing Safety Act of 1996 [iii].
    5) Conflict of Interest – amends section 17 of the Professional Boxing Safety Act of 1996 [iv]
    6) Enforcement – amends section 18(b) of the Professional Boxing Safety Act of 1996 [v]
    7) Additional Amendments – amends section 2(a) of the Professional Boxing Safety Act of 1996 [vi]

Void is afraid of Pac. Void, Sr. said, after Pac stopped Cotto, that he would never allow Void, Jr. to fight Pac. Yes, Void is afraid. If Pac is such an easy fight, then Void out have fought him years ago. Pac Vs. Void is the fight everyone wants to see, but Void is simply too afraid of Pac's style. Styles make fights and Pac is the wrong style for Void...........
