    Floyd wont let Tank fight Garcia. Will tell Garcia he has to fight Rollie instead. Floyd is the one holding back all his fighters.

    Correction, they offered Garcia a fight which Oscar and Garcia's dad said they wanted another fight first before they took on Tank, in which they fought Campbell. Now let's see if Oscar and his dad let him fight Tank next like they said they would do.
