Understand years and years at WW saying to the public he is better than Sugar Ray Robinson
and never fought either of the 2 best WW of that span - Cotto and PAC. Not only are they the two best they are the two most popular who were active and willing to fight anybody especially Floyd.

Also in the span of his PPV career his fights were the most boring and acted as the calm before the storm. Manny stormed in and his PPV events were sensational strictly based on showing the world how great our best fighter is and how alive boxing is. Since Manny took the throne boxing is back to royalty where it belongs.

A man that carries his country, his sport and fans around the planet on his back is a special one. Steroids make you strong but not cheating makes you a Manny Pacquiao and none of us will ever be close.

you count the years starting at year one and NOT year zero.

1-10 as opposed to 0-9

the first decade after christ was 1-10 (NOT 0-9)
the first millennium was 1-1000, second millenium started year 1001... and though we celebrated the new millennium last 2000, the correct year to celebrate the beginning was 2001. But of course, the changing of 1999 to 2000 looked infinitely better.

THus Floyd was on the p4p list in 1998-2000 (part of one decade)
in 2001-2010 (part of another)
in 2011, has not fought yet.

1991 - 2000 = logical group of 10 years = decade = yes = 1
1998 - 2000 = illogical group of 2 years only and not a decade = 0 = ERROR
2001 - 2010 = logical group of 10 years = decade = yes = 1
2011 - ???? = logically a year and not a decade
