Fans don't make nine figure pay days. The general public have to buy in. Golovkin is not that popular as shown by his PPV numbers. After the Pac fight, the bloom is off Mayweather's ppvs also. I personally don't believe he was offered nine figures. That kind of money isn't there anymore.
