Allmax makes an awesome pre-workout called Muscleprime. It's a very SMART formula, but isn't supposed to kick you in the ass like some of he stronger ones. It gets you up to train (about 150mg of Caffiene per scoop) but reason I love it is due to the high BCAA count (4g). Also has citruline malate with arginine so gives a really nice pump, along with containing anti-oxidants. It was a well thought out formula and believe doesn't just help with the workout but also helps push your body into anabolism. I do add another 8 g of BCAAs to it, but even the 4g is more than alot of stand alone BCAA products have. 2 scoops though gives you 300mg of caffeine and 8g of bcaa's, which is awesome. I'm a big beliver in BCAAs and have a lot of studies backing their effectiveness for tissue repair and growth.
