If you say you can rank someone at #4 at WW all time if he wins 2 more fights there, you would have to have a starting point, meaning you already ranked him.

Not to mention, he is speculating on the ranking he is gonna give him. If he hasn't given him the ranking yet, then saying where he is GOING to be is called SPECULATION.

Now what is he basing this speculative ranking off of?
