Like it or not?? KG is right, Ring decided to recognize the winner as Ring Champ, even though PBF ducked another 35 titlelist.

I will find that, but in the meantime, why don't you address the other part of my post. Ring didn't award a belt from 1989 to 2001. So Castillo was NOT the champion. Prove me wrong...don't just skate over it.

They earned their belts by meeting the standards set in the magazine's strict, written policy — no loose rules like the alphabet bodies.

This was your argument. You were wrong. And he wasn't the first....Benny Leonard was.

Mosley did defend his title more than PBF did at 135. You're entirely correct.

Of course, ***time, you wouldnt understand heart, will, balls, and championship mentality. You are simply another non-athletic supporter who loves his own dribble. Those FIGHTER'S FOUGHT LIKE CHAMPIONS, not CHERRY PICKERS and under 15 round(some 20+) days.

Ring Champ?? Look I respect RING but I dont find Ring Champs any more impressive than Alphabet Champs. I prefer UNIFICATION which means you beat all the other "champs". Now in this day and age of alphabet BS, orgs have taken to stripping before unification comes, but VICTORIES OVER THE BEST MEAN MORE THAN BULL**** TITLES. Their process is subjective and getting the top two fighters to fight each other may or may not happen, just as LINEAL has similar transgressions. Unless Boxing gets an overhaul?? They'll be too much subjectivity and BS, UNLESS a Champ beats the other Champions.

To specifically answer you're question?? He was awarded Ring Champ at 35 he didnt "Face one" and TSZYU/ HATTON at 40.
Floyd's held only two Lineal titles(30,47) and 5 alpha belts, never UNIFIED, and never faced all the top opponents IN ANY 1 DIVISION!!!

No amount of magic conjecture can change that!!! Only actions can, and if Floyd wants it?? The table is set and ready to make a legacy run at 47 that would go beyond "titles" and leave a LASTING IMPACT ON HIS ATG LEGACY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why did you say Floyd won the Ring belt from Castillo? Can you even admit you were wrong? Maybe you can admit you were wrong about Sal Sanchez being a 130er as well..:lol:
