Floyd fought Marquez too and schooled him, but I'll be fair and acknowledge Floyd looked much bigger fight night and it was stupid for Juan to call out Floyd. Still, I don't think Marquez is in Floyd's league at any weight. I can't argue it because they didn't fight on even terms. Floyd dominated Pac H2H which is the biggest factor in ATG standings. It's measurable. Don't give me this Pac is past his prime BS. So is Floyd. You can introduce biased parameters but the fact still remains Pac was 8th best on Floyd's victory stick. A > B , and B > C's opponents is BS logic. Floyd > Manny is what we saw Saturday.
Top 10, maybe 7. Although I think he's TBE as far as his skillset goes, All of this top 30 talk is nuts. There are not 30 better fighters in the history of the sport that are better or more accomplished than Floyd. Nah
How convenient. Floyd > Manny, any time in their careers. Manny brings nothing to the table against Floyd especially if testing is involved. Nothing. The guy had no energy, no volume punches, no stamina, no footwork to dart in and out, no speed, heck he was tired from hardly throwing any punches. It's as clear as day for me. That was the largest disparity of skill in a fight between #1 and #2 P4P. I still give Manny the benefit of the doubt. But that asterisk is there.
Can you list your top 10 list for fighters during the 1940-1950, 1950-60, and 1960-70, would I be right in assuming you wouldn't know enough about the early generation of boxers to really fairly compare them? Not pretending I know myself I don't know enough to really place any fighter on an ATG list as there is so many past greats I don't know enough about.
