Diego Corrales was just an overrated puncher. Which we now know. He was undefeated, everybody thought he was the man. Then Floyd boxes circles on him.

All right maybe it was a tough style for him. Maybe Floyd just had his number.

But then Casamayor stops him him. Weird??? Maybe it was just those 2 guys. But then all of sudden now Clottey destroys him.

So Corrales was great because he beat Robert Garcia?????

Pac's about to welcome his ass to the big leagues.

Or maybe he was going thru a lot of ****, divorce, impending jail for you know what, bills up the wazoo, gots to pay them lawyers, etc?

What's ironic though is that Floyd was blasting Chico for being a wife beater, egging him to get in the ring. And now, what do you know, Floyd follows him and becomes a wife beater himself.

It's like the world coming full circle.

You are an idiot. Beating undefeated Corrales was a big win. Corrales was a great fighter and yes corrales lost to casamayor in the first fight which corrales didnt want to lose by a stoppage which in the rematch corrales won clearly. Corrales also went on to fight Castilllo in one of the greateast boxing fight of all times. Clottey beat a small lightweight which clottey couldnt stop corrales smh.

So who did Corrales beat? Just a bunch C level fighters and Castillo which was avenged in a KO.

Wow, way to lose credibility while on an attempt to discredit a fighter you don't like. Corrales was very good and at the time he lost his zero, great.

Very good. Yep, but a paper champ. Lots of people can win titles with like 70 belts. Corrales never beat a great fighter. I'll give him that his Catillo win was pretty close, but that was avenged.

Mayweather did violent, violent **** to Corrales like we had never seen or expected from Pretty Boy. It's a great win and capitalizes the greatest super featherweight run of all time (no to say that means too much). But truly a great win all the same.

Floyd had never fought or beat a truly elite great fighter at his best, and when he beats Manny that will still remain true. Even his uncle Roger fought JCC when he was at his absolute best. He lost, but he fought him.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion obviously but how people can try and discredit Floyd's career and resume is mind boggling. Either no real knowledge of the sport or agenda ridden hatred.

    Pathetic.

When Floyd whoops Pacqiauos ass hell go down in history as the greatest fighter of his era, beating all he needed to beat. Defeating all the best fighters of his era Hatton, De La Hoya, Cotto, Marquez, Mosley and Pacqiauo.....the names that mattered.

Chico was favored to win that fight, undefeated, and only basically lost to elite fighters, won and lost to the best. Paper champ? What's wrong with you?
