I'd say that Cotto was a bit drained and of course De la hoya was completely drained

    get real man

Alvarez was ****ed up by the weight

The guy can't even make 154 and he had to make 152

Canelo weighed in at 153 against Trout and 152 for Mayweather. But I guess one pound is draining now :tired

Corrales had to drain 10% of his total bodyweight to make weight Vs Floyd.

Poor Corrales, forced to lose all that weight against his will.

Castillo is the best LW of the whole decade and Corrales scored a KTFO win in one of the greatest fights of all time. That's big time.

As for being a paper champ, who cares really? It's about who you beat and Corrales beat several good fighters... Golovkin's title(s) now and how he got it shows he is the definition of a paper champ. But he is still a very good Middleweight, #1 or 2 in the world, and no one would say otherwise... Are you next going to say that Timothy Bradley is a paper champ? After all, he has never once competed in a fight against a lineal champion nor for a vacant lineal title... To what extent does that term even matter?

    That's completely normal, actually...

Nonito Donaire dropped from 153 to 118. That's more than 10%

that's bs too imo I'll agree the catchweight was unnecessary but nothing about Canelo seemed drained to me he's just a boxer-boxer/puncher and not the brawler people expected him to be.

and before you ask my opinion on Pac-Cotto cw that is a different scenario Cotto had just lost his father or uncle, had no real trainer, and was coming off a devastating beatdown, on top of a cw. To me in most cases it's really not called for.

I think he's a bit overated only seen clips of him though , big man but doesnt look special to me at all, hard fight because of his size but doesnt seem like a top athlete to me. How good is his record really?

Truth be told with how much he has improved I think Cotto humiliates him at 154.
