Floyds Chin

Its good enough for the job.

 

Not glass but not Iron either.

Mostly untested due to his great defense but in the times he got caught it held up.

 

I suspect it's average. Reliable enough, but not solid or great or anything - as proven by getting rocked in most of the times he's been caught flush. On his list of attributes - which nearly all are excellent obviously - his chin would be sitting near the bottom.

He does not have an iron chin by any means was dazed by Corley,Judah,Mosley,Hatton had wobbled him HOWEVER,the thing is being able to finish him off,and just like JMM it has been impossible thus far..

 

Floyd has a solid chin. Last thing to go is your power so using that in conjunction with Shane beoing old is dumb...Shane brutally beat on Margarito's chin, which was a very good chin. Floyd's chin is solid. I'd place it above Pacquiao's chin and defense.

Good chin, but much like Anderson Silva, people think it's better than it is because it gets tagged so rarely. He's been rocked or stunned in the handful of times he has been caught flush, but his defense is really, really good so it's very rare to see him get tagged cleanly anyway.

 

The Floyd have an iron chin? Probably not but as mentioned, it's good enough for the job. It's funny that people people often talk about what's gonna happen the minute Floyd gets hit flush. It seems as though many don't actually realize how many times Floyd has actually been hit flush in his career.

If you go back and watch his fights you will see him get popped at least one good time in a lot of his fights outside of the obvious ones that people always refer to when talking about him getting hit. It funny that Judah is used as an example when he should have scored the KD on Floyd because that was clearly a balance thing. It also funny that people give him **** for being hit and hurt by mosely, the guy who Sa known as tr hardest hitting welterweight. Yet Floyd gets hit TWICE in the same round without going down, so back to the original point, his chin is good enough.

 

Stfu. Floyd himself list judah , corley and mosely as the best shots he's takin. And no his chin is not iron. Mosleys chin is iron. Or pwill before sergios hail Mary. And margarito. Guys who walk through their opponets beat shot for 12 rounds. Floyds chin is a 7/10.
