It's no different than Floyd now wanting 60/40. He's changed his mind right? He now thinks he deserves the lions share. It's his right. Pac agreed to these test, whether or not it was up until the fight or 24 days out. Pac is fine with the blood test, it's only a cut off date they cant agree on.

Hypothetically then, the point remains. There's no law against changing your mind, especially when the contract hasn't been signed. So why the big beef with Pac then?
