Floyd's dumb a$$ comments...

We all know that floyd says some pretty stupid and corny things. Here are 2 things that I've noticed specifically aside from his fake thugness (if that is a word"

1) He says he likes to work out at night time late as hell b/c it supposedly gives him an advantage over his opponents. He says that while they are sleeping, he is up working hard. That's a stupid statement b/c when he is done working out at like 5am or whenever, his opponents wake up and start working out while he is sleeping. So, his statement is completely invalid.

2) He made the statement saying that Hatton already really had 1 loss against Collazo. He made this statement b/c he heard from the fans and media that Hatton pretty much lost. He really shouldnt be saying things like this b/c 75% of the people who saw his first fight with Castillo thought he lost as well. So should he believe he lost the fight also.

These are just 2 of the many ridiculous things that floyd has said on 24/7.

On a more positive note FLoyd did say something funny. I thought it was pretty funny when he was saying that he is not going to risk his life fighting in the ring just go "throw darts and drink a guiness"

While I do believe it's ok to enjoy the finer things of life when you've worked hard for it like Floyd has, but I dont believe he has to be a complete dick about it. Hatton has class, Floyd doesnt.

 

Please disregard Unbeatablefloyd's comments. You can tell by his avatar that he clearly has a thing for floyd.

As for unbeatable...can you argue those 2 statements I posted? If you're going to say it's bad thread, then tell me why? I simply pointed two comments that floyd made which didnt make complete sense?

If you can make them sound like valid statements, please do so.

 

I read it somewhere that he said something along the lines that he didnt watch the fight and he was going based on the media. It was not quoted or anything. Also, I dont believe he watched the fight b/c FLoyd to his admission has stated many times that he does not watch tape of his opponents.

But, I could be wrong.

But, even if you are correct and he did watch the fight and thinks Ricky lost, the fact remains that RIcky still won. Ricky's victory over Collazo is no where near as disputed as Floyd's over Castillo.

 

Unbeatable, you ask why did I post this topic. I posted it for the same reason anyone else would post anything. It's just for the sake of discussion. Why do you post all the things about Floyd. It's simply to hear opinions.

Stezzie, cursing doesnt make you classless. It's how you present yourself to the public that determines how much class you have. Floyd presents himself as someone who needs to be humbled and is high-maintance. He has all this money, but having money doesnt make you classy. He portrays himself as ignorant.

Hatton doesnt strike me as the very educated type, but he is very humble and is not disrespectful at all. He has handles all of floyd's antics with class throughout their press tours. Him being funny for the camera on 24/7 is completely different from Floyd acting like a dick in public.
