It depends what aspect of greatness you want to look for!
    Defence- Hatton/Baldi
    Attacking- Gatti/Corley

Its his ability to mix it up, to have his opponent studied and adapt in order to beat them.
Look, he beat Hatton at his own game on the inside, he was the one to hurt Oscar when people said it would be vice versa, his figh v Corrales was master class...

I can look at any PBF fight and say he was great in some aspect of his work...

great meaning his best performances vs his toughest fights. when you looka t the hatton and hoya fights there was a ton of legacy on the line. oscar was the 154 wbc champ and hatton was the one fighter at 140 who floyd needed to solidfy his rep at those weights.

Floyd said his toughest fight was with Ricky Hatton - so your ranking doesn't make any sense. Why would you not take Floyd's own words into account?

have you seen the augustus fight? floyd was bleeding profusely in that fight. no other fighter in floyds career pressured him that much. hatton was not a difficult fight pretty easy work:lol: :rofl

If I had to pick what I thought was Floyd's toughest fight - I would probably go with Augustus as well. I was going by what Floyd said after the fight. Give credit where it's due.
