I can see getting rocked and rocked hard. But it all depends on how much he has left, going from his last outing, i can see him recovering and winning on points. But i am putting money on money going down so my money goes up

 

What's all this nonsense with FM getting rocked? Maidana is trash and will look as silly as Canelo, Ortiz, Ghost, or whatever tortilla eating plodder you put in front of him.

 

The odds on a Maidana win isnt as good as you would think though. What odds did you get on him?

 

Because of that over hand right specialty of his. I agree Floyd is in a different dimension to him but for years people have said the way to beat Floyd is to pressure him. Maidana does it well and every punch Floyd has been rocked by has been a over hand right. Maidana throws wild unorthodox punches. Im not saying he will out hussle Floyd but he will catch him.

 

Floyd will win easy UD or late stoppage. Maidana's slow looping hooks will never reach the target, he'll get pot shotted and check hooked the whole fight.

 

I've seen Floyd get hurt twice, ever! By much better fighters than maidana, why does anyone think he will even graze him?

 

Chop-Chop is not better than Maidana, and Chop damn near Ko'ed him.

Honestly Maidana needs to just hit Floyd's shoulders and arms for the first few rounds. If something hits the mark great, if not, Maidana has the power to take some steam outta Floyd's punches by just hitting what is given to him to hit. Most likely shoulders and arms.

If the dude is worried about Floyd's face and head, he's gonna be frustrated. Especially in the beginning of the fight. JUST HIT CENTER MASS! Lol

I mean I don't see him being effective any other way. Tries to outbox Floyd... He misses pretty much the whole fight. At least hit A target. Then later on, go for the dome out of nowhere. Maybe he'll surprise him. Small chance but possible

I'm hoping Maidana can pull a rabbit out of the hat, I just don't see it happening though. He hasn't got that one shot KO power which is what you need to beat Floyd, Maidana wears his opponent down which you can't do vs Floyd. Mosely had the right idea, the only way to beat Floyd is by one huge shot, sparks out. He cannot be outboxed.
