I wouldn't bet on it. Floyd's hands are probably better now that he's aged than when he was younger. Floyd is about to admin a serious ass whupping on Maidana's ****** ass just to make a statement. TKO9
I actually think Corley was pretty damn good lol. He had incredible talent but didn't live up to his potential. Maybe I'm wrong and maidanas better lol
Wtf corley did not even knock him down so how did he almost knock him out? I mean he clearly did not follow up on his shot because didnt mayweather knock him down in the same ROUnd?, correction: corley almost knocked him DOWN Almost gettin knocked out is khan maidana in rd 10 when khan gets clipped with a huge shot and is on ***** street running and holding on desperately bidding time while maidana follows up with relentless head and body attack
Floyd can box man. His defense is top notch and his hands are bad ass. I don't like the guy, but I give credit where it's due. His power is OKAY but not tops. Maidana needs to just focus on hitting what's given to him. If it's the shoulders then take that. If it's part of his back, then Maidana needs to pound that. Arms, then crush that. If the head shot comes then great. If he hurts the arms and shoulders enough, he can eventually surprise him I bet. I don't remember any of his opponents who were hard hitters concentrating on this. :think
i do think Floyd will use a lot of high guard simply because of how well Maidanna throws that overhand right...i can see him landing a good one or two on Floyd early.
While amayweather's brittle hands affecting him during this fight could add a little drama to this fight, I believe Maidana's soft and brittle midsection will betray him before Mayweather's hand, let's see which, or if either of these scenarios play out.
even if floyd had momentary epilepsy during the fight, his muscle control and tremendous boxing IQ can turn seizures into effective punches.
