Eze my man, Why are you arguing with a guy who claims Pac's win over Cotto was more impressive than SRL's win over Hearns? That statement alone tells you the guy doesn't know **** about the sport, is a typical ******* and can't be taken seriously.:deal

Stop making this to be some huge deal. Let's look at the facts.

When Pac fought Diaz. Pac weighed 147, Diaz 148.

When Pac fought DLH. Pac weighed 149, DLH 147.

    :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

No one is blaming Pac. Stop ****ing using that as an excuse to ignore facts. I am not blaming Pac. I am simply not giving him a huge ton of credit.

So if Pac fought Joe Fraizer right now. We should still give Pac credit because Joe should of fought him sooner instead of fighting him so old?

    :patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch

Half these fools claim Cotto was greater than anything Floyd did.

I didn't know silvermags said that.

    ****. :patsch:patsch

To summerize: PAC showed up and trained hard in order to give a great fight. We all know he trains like hell everytime there's a fight to ensure he is on tip top shape. Now I wouldn't lessen the credit if his opponent trained less, did not show up at the best condition. They are all professionals and they know what to do. It's totall unfair for the boxer OR any sport of that matter not be be given full credit if the opponent comes in the arena, field or court not fully prepared wether perception or reality.

I am WELL aware of that.

The facts are David Diaz WEIGHED MORE when he fought Pac in the ring, than DLH when he fought Pac in the ring.

I know it's stupid. Just like you're whole ****ing argument is stupid. That's why I used it.

Hearns was winning before he was knocked down. If the fight was only 13 rounds Hearns would have won. Hearns a big name which SRL defeated but how can you say SRL win was dominant when he won only on the later rounds of the fight?! Did SRL dominted rounds 1 to 12?! Ask yourself?!:yep

there is very little i like about present day floyd but at the lighter weights in the first half of his career, he was a badass.
you make some points but you also spin some facts. floyd doesnt go out looking for old guys but dlh, jmm and mosely are past prime and were past prime when floyd fought them. coincidence? probably.
marquez and hatton are both smaller, regardless of what weight ricky walks around at, fatter dont mean bigger. im sure its also a coincidence that all the names being shopped around for floyd 3 months ago were at least a division smaller.
floyd fought a few easy fights along with some tough ones just like most elite fighters have. i agree that he has cherry picked more than his share but most top level fighters do it also.
there is no double standard when a fighter gets exactly what he deserves and imo floyd has conned many into giving him more than he deserves.

    Then you are stupid.

Pac does not deserve full credit for beating an opponent who was far from 100%.

If two American Football teams play against each other.

One team is playing with it's back ups and the other team is playing with it's starters.

You are going to give the team playing it's starters full credit because they showed up to win?

The point is why will the credit be lessened if the opponent shows up not 101 fit as you percieved?!

So in other words if PBF does not show up fit or does not wiegh the way you want him to weigh you will not give Mosley his due credit if he wins?!:patsch

Did Cotto have to come down in weight?

I won't give anyone complete credit for beating an opponent who's not at 100%.

You give Pac more credit for beating a punching bag in DLH than Floyd beating the number 1 154 at the time. You have pure bias. It's simple as that.
