Im going to try to keep this short and simple . Mayweather/Ortiz ended in a lot of controversy . Floyd was winning the early rounds , No doubt about it . Surprisingly Ortiz was catching Floyd at times and was pressuring him , This look like it was going to turn out to be a great fight . As a boxing fan i was turned off when Victor intentionally headbutted Floyd in the mouth , I felt it was unprofessional and dirty so When Floyd rocked Ortiz twice while his attention was on the ref , I for one felt Victor deserved it . He got dirty so Money May should get dirty too . But even though i feel he deserved it , It doesn't make it right . It should not have ended that way and we was robbed out of a great fight . Mayweather stated after the fight , he will be willing to give Ortiz a rematch and thats exactly what should be done because if you think about it , Nothing was proven this saturday night , Nothing was answered . Floyd didnt prove he was better than Ortiz , Victor didnt prove he was better than Floyd . Mayweather being the great fighter that he is should award Ortiz a second fight like he said he would and prove he can beat Victor like i know he can, but this time with out any controversy . We need to see a rematch .

(BTW Larry Merchant telling Floyd he wished he was 50 years younger so he can kick Floyds ass was unexpected/hilarious and the best moment of the whole fight , he was the true winner that night LOL )

No need to see a rematch Ortiz wouldn't beat PBF in 10 tries. He was beat up and schooled in this fight.

Ortiz was out of his league and found a way out. He'll never get a rematch anyway after those headbutts. I like the way the guy fights and he can have a good career, but he had his chance against Mayweather and blew it BIG. He should fight Mosley, so they can hug all night. I'm sick of that crap.

I started a thread last night with a real eye opener proving that time was not in... and after eating these fools up for about 8 pages somebody had a mod delete the entire thread and there was no racial BS in the thread nothing... Solid points made all the way up and down

No need for a rematch, Floyd was beginning to close Ortiz's right eye, and he couldn't miss either while Ortiz couldn't connect, in a few more rounds this was gonna look like PBF vs Gatti all over again.

Floyd should make the rematch, bc after watching the fight I think vs Pacman Money would be dead meat.

If it was 8 rounds into the fight and Mayweather outboxed Ortiz easily like he did in those first 4 rounds then i would agree with you . But thats exactly it ,it was ONLY 4 rounds . It didnt answer anything .

Ortiz was already getting touched up and was going to get stopped eventually. His Eye was already swelling bad.

I said it before the fight and so did anyone else with a brain.... Ortiz is more open to hard, flush counters than any other top fighter in the sport right now. He was tailor made for Floyd.

It answered plenty we saw that Ortiz wasn't a problem for PBF and he had no answer for him. Hell man Ortiz only hit PBF with 27 shots the whole fight...pathetic.
