You don't care? So why comment?

I was a huge Tyson fan, but I still identified with the fact he was abusive and a dick.

My thick skull? I'm not the one who claimed to ba a champion mate:rofl Only a real 'thick' ****** would make that claim.:smoke

Call me an egocentric myself, but I do not see anything wrong with what he said. He's just being true to himself and not being plastic. He says it as he means it. May sound arrogant to others but nothing's wrong with that.

Some people may want to please others first, but fakk, my family first before others. :deal

It's a business. It's is a business arrangement. Someone signs my paychecks too, but I certainly don't LIVE for that someone. I certainly don't put their happiness above my own health or happiness.

As entertainers we hold boxers to a ******edly high standard. When Roger Federer has a bad match, despite the fact that the only thing he's risking is a drop in rank or a tournament win, no one calls him a coward. No one questions his heart, or says he got old overnight, or says he's shot, a bum, etc. They just say "welp, he had a bad night". When a boxer has a bad night he risks his life, his present and future health, and the fans turn on him. Boxing fans are, by and large, bloodthirsty, and have very short memories. No sane person would let a group like that influence their decisions. It's a sure way to end up punch drunk and broke.

What he said is entirely reasonable and honest. If you want boxers to lie to you and tell you that they care more about you, the fan, then themselves, that's fine. But it's a lie, every time.

Do you hold all athletes to such a high standard? What exactly has Floyd done to qualify him as scum? Is it worse than say, John McEnroe, Serena Williams, Tiger Woods, Diego Corrales, Jake Lamotta and god knows how many other athletes that have done things that went beyond all bounds of acceptable and at times even legal conduct?

What exactly has Floyd done to qualify as scum, as opposed to just, say, a guy you don't like.

Yeah I don't care and YOU do. This is what you responded to:

The thing you don't understand is that not everyone hates Floyd the way you do, so until you get that through your thick skull, you will continue to keep posting this bullshite that Floyd's fans DO NOT care about.

You don't know shite about anyone here other than your friends who you\know on ESB lol... For some reason, you think that calling Floyd a dick, tool, etc gets Floyd's fans mad lol... It is you who is mad because Floyd's fans don't agree with what you have to say about him. I am a former champ, and posters like you read articles, and think that what you see on television is the real person. Freakin dick head lol...all pissed off becuase Floyd's fans aren't saying, yeah boxingfan, you are right, Floyd is a gifte4d boxer/a-hole. Is that what you want to read ya pussheaded degenerate lol...

Wrong, I don't care if Floyd fans get mad, I judge him based on my social conditioning when raised, and based on this he's a *****.

I'm mad with Floyd fans disagreeing with me? No, I made a statement which others disagreed with, they have a problem with my statement so I'm defending my position.

How anyone can defend Mayweathers lifestyle outside the ring is beyond me.

But hey if you want to defend the guy go ahead.
It says more about you than me 'champ'.:hi:

And the number of post being cut on here drastically would not be a bad thing either because a big percentage of them are talking about the same Pacquiao/MAyweather Duckiao/Gayweather BS and people bashing each other because of their Loyalty :-( to their fav fighter. SO that wouldnt be a bad thing either.

That he is a great boxer, and one of the more charitable boxers out there. To say that he is a good boxer, but not a good person doesn't seem like a very accurate statement.

He may not be a saint, may talk a lot, and be very egotistical, but that evens out by his huge effort to help out his community and people in need. Can't expect him to be perfect.

  11. Either way, who gives a ****. All them mu****as give to charity to get tax breaks. We only care about what they do in the ring.

And would you like me to produce evidence to counter your argument?
Assaults, pictures in clubs splashing money around (that right their is total ***** status), gambling, the countless interviews (rugged man etc) where he comes across as an arrogant twat?

Any fighter who claims they're better than SRR because Robinson lost is a ****.

But they already gave them enough to make millions buying buying their tickets and PPv's . After they make millions what do these athletes do to give back to their fans? thats right nothing.

Like i stated before it evens out for every set of pics of him out in the club splashing money, for every interview of him being arrogant, he also produces 100s of thousands of dollars to charity. If your going to look to judge someone then you have to judge them as a whole.
