How are you going to say something like that. It's nice having someone like CHEF in this site that is involve with some big names to give some value information that will help many of us. If it was Hernandez or Victor Conte then thats something else.

Ellerbe provides most of Floyd's protein. 50 Cent also contributes.

    --------------

Still hoping to hear back from Chef. This would be a VERY interesting topic.
Imagine if we also had some trainers on this forum. They'd probably have some things they'd keep secret, but still much interesting knowledge to share.

I do not believe that Wladimir does not drink enough in traing camp.

I do not say it is the main reason but too much animal protein is a reason for kidney stones.

But i believe that Wlad will work this out with Prof. Albers because kidney stones are a real health problem!!! And you should work it out what the reasaon is.

Wladimir is a technical boxer so IMO he does not need to put too much muscles on. Look at Thomas Hearns, he hits hard without too much muscles. He fights very well with lesser weight against Byrd for example.

Wladimir has a problem and than yo one cannot act in such a way as if the food has been completely right. One must position himself to problems, analyse them and try to remove. The help of a doctor, in this case the specialist Prof. Albers, is also necessary, because kidney stones have a lot of cause, but are due to a metabolism disturbance of the body. And if somebody has family-partly the disposition, you must pay attention from now on more on this problem.

I am sorry but saying Wladimir is in an top shape after he has cancelled the fight because of kidney stones sounds very strange to me.

Hey, Chef. Thanks for the response.

Interesting that Wlad trains hard the final week. I would have thought he'd take it easy.
This is fascinating stuff. Anything else you could share about their training & nutrition would be massively appreciated. (it sure beats all the useless "Pac vs Floyd" threads!)

Great having you on this forum.

    Have a good 2012, bro.

He doesn't really have a "strength and conditioning" coach.
