For 4 yrs now that the fight is not happening, Floyd has concluded that he is not fighting Pacquiao. I maybe right or wrong but he's preferences are: 1. floyd will just retire and face the breach of contract case by showtime 2. he will prefer to go to jail or pay damages than risk his health vs. pacquiao 3 . he rather goes to twitter with no risks.
