Floyd's preparation for Ortiz might be disrupted at anytime since [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]U.S. District Court Judge Larry R. Hicks denied the Emergency Appeal filed by Floyd Mayweather, Jr. for a protective order to prevent his court-ordered deposition, finding that Mayweather’s motion was “without merit.”

So this means that Floyd might be ordered again to appear in court anytime from now...

^ that's one option if Floyd doesn't want to get disturbed for his training for the Ortiz fight.

Don't show up in court, loses the defamation case by default and pay damages/penalties in "tens of millions" of dollars. Anyway Floyd is guaranteed to receive $40M for the Ortiz fight so "tens of millions" might be just 1/4 or 1/2 of that $40M. Peanuts...

Floyd being jailed for his felony case would be a big dream come true for emmanuel. It possibly even be bigger than his congressman dream coming to reality. A jailed Floyd means emmanuel wouldn't have to fight him and take another L.

A jailed Floyd means a Floyd with a Melon-sized hole in his AZZ.

I can see Pac's people actually using lawyers to disrupt PBF's training. Instead of a sparring session, he gets summoned to a deposition, which could last days. Dirty trick, especially if Pac's legal crew starts asking the judge to hold PBF in contempt and fine him for every day until he finally shows.

Just hope this don't ruin Vic's concentration or postpone things in anyway.
A delay in training camp can defo **** with a fighter's head. (Both)

Those **** roid lawsuits what a waste of time.
