So Floyd is ahead of Cotto in your opinion?

I think he should be #1 at WW ... he never lost his title and it has been vacant since his layoff ... no one has came to claim the thrown and since he never lost his title (undisputed title in the ring) he should be able to come back as the #1 or #2 contender for that strap.

He should be put in the position to be able to fight for that title immediately, as long as he's fighting the #1 or #3

He never lost his title as "best fighter in the world" p4p the best ... so ultimately he should get that status back as well. I understand if they don't hand it to him, but he should be #2 at the least ... B-Hop is inactive for over a year ... and he just beat Marquez ...

He retired. He loses the title. But coming back, he will be given some special options like opportunities to be the next contender against the current champions. Only then will he be properly ranked. But no way he gets it back by fighting champions from the lower weights.

Well he hasnt fought an actual Welterweight so to me hes unranked, P4P #2 since he did beat Marquez.
