No he wouldn't he wouldn't even be a top 10 ATG if he fought those guys and beat them.:deal Getting into the Top 10 is an unreachable goal for any current fighter it won't happen.
Do you consider the state of the fighter on every other fighter's resume, don't only critique Mayweather's... critiquing it is absolutely fine, everyone has an opinion but don't act like his is the only one up for criticism...
Greatest of our era by far. Who else comes close in the past 15 years? Manny Poochia and his poor excuses.
Were any of those fighters shot or old? If you want to say stuff about catchweights you would also have to fault Pac for it.
I guess Floyd has been given this amazing gift of staying at the age of his prime while everyone else get older. Wow.
Perhaps this can be said about Pacquiao fans. But I'm pretty sure Fans of Mayweather's opponents are not the only people who share the same disdain for Floyd. Floyd's entire marketing scheme was based on being an ******* with an undefeated record, not by beating legends or top fighters. Basically people hate him not because he beat opponents, but because he stunk up fights, ducked the toughest challenges, disrespected past greats such as Ali, SRR, and did I mention ducked the toughest challenges, act like an ignorant turd. Casuals dislike Floyd because he talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk, those types of fighters are most annoying. "I promise a KO, I will fight Toe to Toe, I'm TBE, Ali wasn't a smart fighter etc...." If you add the fact that he is a women beater, and people despise bullies, especially when you bully people so much more inferior like Baby mommas, then threaten to give the kids the same treatment if they attempted to help their mother by calling the police. Yeah, Mayweather is such a likeable dude.atsch:-( I think the only fighters with significant fan bases to make noise about Mayweather beating them are Pacquiao and DLH. So throw your "They mad because they beat their fans" Theory out the window. People don't like Cherry pickers, that is also why they dislike Floyd, but they loved fighters that fought everyone win or lose such as Duran, DLH, Pacquiao, Canelo, Tyson... Because even though they had losses they came to fight, they came to entertain, they showed legends of the past the upmost respect.
Diego Corrales: Undefeated Coming of wins over Manfredy, Juuko and Gainer Jose Luis Castillo: WBC Lightweight Champion Went 1-0-1 against Stevie Johnston, including an upset of the year Saul "Canelo" Alvarez: Undefeated Picked up the WBA Light Middleweight Title over Trout Defeated Trout, Lopez, Mosley before fighting Mayweather Manny Pacquiao: P4P #2 Walked away from the fight in 2009 Juan Manuel Marquez: Was the one who asked to fight Floyd. Floyd's first fight since coming out of retirement for 2 years...!!!
Floyd is blessed with natural talent and gift, as is every top fighter, it just so happens that one of Myaweather's gift is longevity, unfortunately for Mayweather "offense" and "*****" was lacking in his kit of gifts.. Hence the reson he was too afraid to take the toughest challenges the way the greats of the past did, including ODLH and Pacquiao.
After 135, Floyd stunk the joint up bad. In fact, one can go as far as saying that once Mayweather got saved from a loss by corrupt officials in the first Castillo fight he went b!tch mode... He started in the rematch by incorporating his potshot style, then went full blwon chicken.
