But how are you going to criticise/dismiss all of the facts that he listed? Yeah, I’m not surprised. The incident with Floyd and USADA have tarnished their reputation.
USADA are very much in business and receive funding from US Government so I don’t believe their reputation is tarnished at all. They are used for athlete’s a lot. NSAC use VADA for outside testing not all testing.
I was referring to the NSAC. But yes, USADAs reputation has taken a huge hit after Hauser exposed them. I don’t think they’re involved with boxing anymore.
I guess their participation depends on if the boxers sign up to them like Floyd and his opponents did. Frankly there are issues with VADA testing as well but don’t want to open up another whole debate about drug testing foibles.
Much better than his haters will give him credit for, ATG even. But not without notable problems that his fanbase will never acknowledge, even if you lay out point by point what they are.
What’s wrong with Zab Super Judah being there a two division World Champion and former unified and lineal Welterweight champion of the world. Actually don’t see what you are laughing about in respect to Zab Judah. The problem with you and some is the level of disrespect you show fighters.
Stop with the ducking Pac! Please, please, please watch the All Access episode of their fight. Freddy Roach explained why the fight took so long and he didn't blame FM. He said that Manny refused to have blood drawn. Stop with this BS!
A lot of asterisks for the people of today, but If we just approach the resume like seeing that of an ATG from long in the past. You see an aged Pacquiao but still decent Pacquiao, aged but still decent Cotto, an aged Mosley, an aged De La Hoya. His best win will likely be looked back as Canelo Alvarez. Hatton was a good win too. In fact I’d rate them as: Pacquiao De La Hoya Cotto Hatton Alvarez Marquez I think everything other than these are good wins, but will fall more to the wayside for the boxing fan who missed the era. It won’t be a high tier ATG list. People will definitely note that a lot of these guy’s were not prime. But he will go down as one of the most technically gifted fighter’s of all time.
Take away the unfair advantages he always received from the NSAC & Vegas boxing officials & Floyd's resume would not rate an ATG status. He was basically a manufactured boxer. A supremely talented boxer though who sadly let the corruption rule his later career Just my personal opinion
