It’s an interesting question to ask why he didn’t mention it in his post fight interview. I don’t know. But then again, it was only for a few mins, and he responded to the questions he was asked. Testing wasn’t common back then. So we can’t know for sure. He may have alluded to it if he’d have been directly asked or if it had’ve been a longer, more in-depth interview. Or maybe he could have thought it would have looked like an excuse. We don’t know. We can only surmise. But the 2005 video is enough for me, as what he said has been verified, and he discussed what had happened in exact detail.
