    Anyone actually listen to the guys baiting each other. It's like Leonard this, Leonard that, you saying Leonard don't keep his promises. Almost like they're scared of him or somethin'. There's just summit kinda weird about that set up, they're all kinda starstruck on Floyd and frightened of upsetting Ellerbe - wtf?

    This happens alot. Its a "dont bite the hand that feeds you" situation, they are trying to keep a professional relationship because to speak how they really feel will get them sent back to the hood without a 2nd chance to spar and get exposure.


    This happens in corporate America too, its safer to kiss ass from a financial perspective.
