    he mixes in both. I don't think he does the real pad work working on technique and strategy in front of cameras. And the mitt drill they do is meant for them to defend and drill in them to counter back after defending. If you do it or understand it fully, then you'd see how beneficial it is especially for the length they do it.

    Life style been the same for 16 years plus and look where he is. Don't let 24/7 fool u. Mayweather is still one of the hardest training boxer in the game.
