Floyd's Win over Canelo will look better and better with Time

You know damn well PBF beats Canelo 152 or 155 doesn't matter just helps you sleep better at night. Too much speed reflexes and defense for Canelo to deal with. PBF put on a clinic Canelo knows he was out of his depth he sure as hell didn't call out PBF for a rematch for a reason.:deal

 

And he won 10 out of 12 rounds.:deal

 

PBF is 37 years old and is at his 5th weight class hell he can't even make the 154 pound limit. You guys have no shame.

 

The Catchweight and Canelo not being prime will always be an issue when discussing this fight but Floyd for once fought the best available fighter (not named Pac) so he should get some credit for this.

Floyd's win over Alvarez is fine, but you dont get extra credit as though that were a peak fighter if he goes on to improve in the future. It was a very good win over a bigger, younger world class fighter who history will show was still a couple years away from his best. I give Floyd plenty of credit, but it was shrewd timing to get Alvarez before he had more world class experience and at 152.

It's not an either/or scenario. There's logic behind what both critics and fans have to say about the Alvarez fight.
